Working with PMB will eliminate the need for billing employees, but you may still want administrative assistance for scheduling, filing, collecting copays, and getting authorizations. Your workers will be able to focus on these other support activities since they will spend less time on billing.

What if I don't have any office personnel?

There’s no reason to be concerned! Many of our clients are sole practitioners with few or no office employees. They must schedule themselves, although, in this scenario, we would organize invoicing directly with you!

Will I keep up with my practice?

Absolutely! We will provide you with financial and statistical data summarising you’re practice once a month. These reports, as well as any other queries, can be obtained at any time by phone or e-mail. We reply to our suppliers right away.

How much do you charge for your services?

We charge NO setup or registration costs. Our monthly charge is calculated as a percentage of the amount collected. Depending on the type of practice and billing volume, this percentage is negotiated on a practice-by-practice basis.

Are there any additional charges?

Depending on the size of your practice, we may need you to pay the $35.00 clearing house charge, which was recently implemented. Aside from that, our monthly, percentage-based charge covers all insurance and patient billing expenditures, as well as postage, envelopes, and software upgrades.

Are you in compliance with HIPPA?

Yes. Our whole team adheres to HIPAA requirements for protected health information (PHI) and patient privacy. Our software provider and clearinghouse for electronic claims billing are likewise HIPAA compliant.
